3. Expert Training Program completed
An important part of the controversies arising under labour law is related to employees’ claims, calculation of which requires a certain degree of expertise concerning the related substantive law along with relevant jurisdiction by Turkish Supreme Court and fundamentals of evidence law. Our Research Center for Comparative Labour and Social Security Law has successfully completed its 3. Expert Training Program conducted together with preeminent faculty members and expert-lawyers.
